Sal DeBiase

President and CEO

Sal has been president of Phoenix Graphics since 1991. His family roots in printing date back to the Great Depression. He learned printing from his grandparents and dad, every task from typesetting and running presses to delivering jobs and sales. He attended MCC and SUNY Brockport while working as a pressman. He has helped drive the evolution of Phoenix Graphics into a the business his grandparents would have been proud of.  

What gets Sal up in the morning is the energy of Phoenix Graphics. “It’s being part of our customers’ success, being part of the solution to make their business products shine, and create products to help them present their image to the world.” Sal creates partnerships with his customers and relationships built on trust and many years of hard work. His employees feel the same. They are all part of the family, part of the big picture, taking care of the customers.
